MONEY – The Darkness Beckons – A short film

We’re looking for contributions from creatures of the night, dreamers, insomniacs and the odd nyctophobic sufferer (fear of the night) to detail their unique relationship with the night time for us. We’ll be asking questions about everything from how they sleep through to what they dream about and everything in between. They must be comfortable in front of camera and articulate. Each interview will last no more than 15-20 mins and refreshments will be provided.

We’re looking for women & men aged between 18-65 years old!

Must be available this Thursday 1oth July, shooting in West London (Queens Park area). Please email:

Xiu Xiu at Koko // 04.04.13

Tuesday, April 2nd, 2013

In celebration of Swans’ 30th Anniversary, Michael Gira curates Mouth To Mouth Festival at London’s Koko on Thursday 4th of April. Performances by Grouper, Xiu Xiu, Ben Frost and Mercury Rev’s Cinematic Silent Sound Tettix Wave Experiment, will take place over the evening. With a closing slot by the mighty Swans themselves.

Says Gira, “This is the first installment in what we hope to be a yearly festival, focused on disparate music and genres. Artists are chosen based on their ability to resuscitate, set fire to the air, or to mesmerize. All of the performers chosen for this year’s festival I find personally to be compelling in this regard. The goal: joy!”

For tickets and further info visit the Koko website.
