This little guy is called Wyatt.
He’s kind of a trouble maker . . . always running around and knocking things over . . . but he’s terribly sweet and loves to cuddle.
I took many portraits of him while I stayed with my father in the Oregon countryside in 2010, healing after my knee surgery. At night he usually slept with me, and during the day I would often follow his little escapades around with my camera.
Every time I would open the window to smoke, he’d jump out onto the roof, and sometimes I’d forget he was out there and shut him out. Here he is trying to get my attention, with his claws stuck in the window screen.
