Happy New Year everyone! What better way to start 2009 than with a preview of Andrew Bird's forthcoming bonus instrumental disc Useless Creatures from the deluxe version of his forthcoming album Noble Beast.

Noble Beast will be released on February 2 on Bella Union, just after its US release on Fat Possum on January 20; For those of you over the pond in the US, Andrew is also hitting the road at the end of January for a huge tour that will stretch through the middle of April.
